Title and Summary
Director, Specialist Sales - EthocaOverviewThe Director, Specialist Sales is responsible to grow our Issuer & Merchant Ethoca ecosystem in APAC. This is customer facing position, primarily focused on bringing new customers and expanding our network in APAC. It will include coordination with the Business Development, Account Management and C&I teams on opportunities with merchants, issuers, acquirers, and reseller partners (e.g. payment gateways, fraud platforms etc.).

Role
In this client-facing position, you will:
•\tPartner with internal product teams and external channel partners to identify business opportunities, solve problems, and deliver solutions at scale.
•\tIdentify opportunities to grow and protect revenue within your customer portfolio.
•\tEnsure partner targets and performance metrics align with group and company objectives and that the proper tools are in place to help achieve those targets.
•\tBe an important contributor to Ethoca's go-to-market strategy in Brazil.
•\tTake responsibility for driving adoption and generating revenue.
•\tAccurately input and track all prospecting, lead management and sales activity in Salesforce
•\tAn ambassador for Ethoca at industry tradeshows and networking events
Experiences
The ideal candidate for this position should:
•\tSeveral years’ experience selling successfully to Tier 1 enterprise merchants and issuers
•\tSkilled at running a consultative sales process from start to finish
•\tStrong understanding of the payments/fraud ecosystem and the tools used to manage fraud, data and chargebacks
•\tYou are a strong, confident, and exacting writer and speaker. You communicate your vision and roadmap effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders
•\tContinually observe and evaluate the market and competition to see how it’s evolving and the potential impact
•\tAmbitious, driven, experienced and commercially minded
•\tAction-oriented, with strong planning and analytical skills, as well as rigorous attention to detail
•\tHigh emotional intelligence level
•\tHave a clear mission that focuses on the attention of your customer’s need above your own
