Job Description:

The Director of Store Support Center (Corporate) HR will oversee the HR business partner function and provide leadership to a team of HR business partners, aligning HR strategies with the business goals and fostering a culture of high performance, inclusion, and employee engagement across the organization. The Director of SSC HR will work closely with senior leaders and managers to drive talent management, organizational development, change management, and workforce planning initiatives. This role will collaborate extensively with Centers of Excellence (CoE) in HR, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations to ensure the seamless implementation of HR strategies across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership: Lead and manage the HR Business Partner team to effectively implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the company’s business goals. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR-related matters, ensuring HR initiatives are seamlessly integrated into business operations.Talent Management: Partner with leadership and CoEs to develop and implement talent management strategies that focus on employee development, performance management, and succession planning. Ensure that talent acquisition efforts, in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition CoE, attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent aligned with business needs.Organizational Development: Collaborate with business leaders and CoEs to assess organizational needs and design impactful change management and development strategies. Champion organizational development initiatives that enhance team dynamics, leadership capabilities, and overall organizational effectiveness.Employee Relations & Engagement: Provide guidance and support on complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements. Promote employee engagement through feedback mechanisms, recognition programs, and proactive communication.Workforce Planning: Partner with business leaders and CoEs to assess workforce requirements, forecast talent needs, and design strategies to ensure the business has the right talent in place for future growth.HR Metrics & Reporting: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR strategies and initiatives. Provide actionable insights to business leaders to improve HR outcomes.Change Management: Lead HR support for key organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and employee alignment with business objectives. Partner with the Learning & Development CoE to create and deliver learning programs that support change management and organizational growth.Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization. Partner closely with CoEs to deliver integrated HR solutions that meet the needs of the business and enhance overall organizational effectiveness. Collaborate with HR teams to ensure the delivery of employee programs and initiatives are consistent and impactful across the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role managing HR business partners or similar strategic HR functions.Deep understanding of HR best practices, including talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives in corporate environments.Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of leadership and employees and manage a diverse team of HR professionals.Exceptional interpersonal, communication, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Proven experience as an HR business partner with a strong track record of aligning HR strategies with business objectives.Demonstrated ability to drive change and execute HR strategies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
