Position Summary:
The Director Enterprise Solutions drives net new sales and revenue growth within a defined territory and/or a defined list of potential clients. The Enterprise Solutions Director also serves as the primary point of contact among all buyers, decision makers, and influencers within defined terriorty and/or targeted client list.

Primary Responsibilities and Expectations:

New Business GrowthIdentifies key new business opportunities within a defined territory and/or a defined list of potential clientsEstablishes and leverages relationships with prospective client’s chief executives, medical teams, and other influencers and decision makersServes as the primary point of contact among all buyers, decision makers, and influencersDevelops and executes individualized sales plans focused on business impact and competitive differentiationParticipates in communicating and educating client staff on company products and solutions including business impact, comparative benefits, and best practice deployment and useParticipates in negotiating sales contractsCloses new business salesAccount Management SupportAssists account teams with a smooth implementation and transition from sales to Account ManagementAssists account teams to ensure client satisfaction with products and solutions going forward


Product Development:

Collaborates and coordinates with internal teams and stakeholders to incorporate client feedback, expectations, and needs into the product development processProvides guidance to internal stakeholders on developing accounts and markets, differentiating products versus the competition, and enhancing value creationGains client endorsements of the value of company programs from key client stakeholders



Required Skills and Abilities:

Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with client chief executives and other key stakeholdersAbility to obtain and lead meetings with the client’s chief executive teamAbility to identify and understand client needs and work with internal stakeholders to develop and implement products and solutionsAbility to solve business problems and challenges in collaboration with external and internal stakeholdersAbility to initiate and track product launches and technical support questions through completion and/or resolutionAbility to review workload, set priorities, and manage time to complete tasks / projects and meet deadlinesAbility to anticipate and respond calmly, quickly, and decisively to issues and problemsAbility to collaborate with and influence leaders and employees across multiple business unitsAbility to communicate both strategic vision and detailed information to multiple stakeholdersAbility to communicate complex product information - verbally and in writing - to non-technical stakeholdersAbility to maintain up-to-date account plans and net new growth strategies with sales leadership and product supportAbility to leverage and use CRM solution to track calls, interactions, notes, files, opportunities, etc.




Minimum Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience5 years Sales ExperienceHealthcare Specific Experience

 

Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000. On Target Earnings Range of $240,000 - $295,000
