Director, Strategic Growth and Partnerships

General Summary: The Director of Growth & Strategic Partnerships is responsible for driving growth initiatives through new business, strategic partnerships and expansion with existing customers. This role will lead the identification, negotiation, and execution of partnerships that expand our reach, enhance our offerings, and contribute new logo growth and existing customer expansion. The ideal candidate is an influential seller with a strong business development background, proven experience in securing new business and growing retention and expansion, and a deep understanding of market trends in our industry. Essential Job Functions: * Execute planned & upgrade sales activities on a target list of high potential new and existing customers. * Develop and implement account plans that document specific sales strategies and tactics. * Build and sustain customer relationships at multiple levels. * Identify specific opportunities for customer upgrade within a target list of existing customers. * Qualify and validate customer-specific needs and develop solution criteria. * Develop, in concert with customers, options for addressing those specific needs. * Effectively and powerfully communicate the value proposition to customers. * Act as a customer advocate throughout the entire sales process and solution delivery process. * Forecast and track sales revenues and activities in a timely manner using the CRM system and other tools. * Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service. * Determine price schedules and discount rates. * Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. * Essential functions are the basic job duties that an employee must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation. Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities: * Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels in the Company and with various business contacts outside of the company in an articulate, professional manner. * Knowledge of all Company products and services. * Must have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. * Organized with attention to detail and time management skills. * Ability to travel up to 10-25%. Education, Experience, and Certification: * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.* * 5+ years of relevant B2B and/or B2C sales experience is required.* * Experience in high-volume, business-to-business, solution selling. *Minimum requirements needed to perform the job.
