Director, Strategic Partner Management - GTM Cloud Partnerships
As the Director, Strategic Partner Management - Go-to-Market (GTM) Cloud Partnerships, you will be entrusted to lead the GTM relationship with Google, one of our newest global partnerships. As the Director, Strategic Partner Management – GTM Cloud Partnerships, you will have a pivotal role in driving the company's strategic growth. Your leadership and expertise in managing key accounts will enable you to build strong relationships with customers and provide innovative solutions to meet their evolving needs. By guiding and mentoring your team, you will foster a culture of excellence and drive revenue growth, positioning the company as a market leader. You will report directly to our Sr. Director, Partnerships and you’ll work on a fully remote schedule (40% travel). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: + Owns Google GTM Quota and annual operating plan across all Honeywell strategic business groups – role will have dotted line to VP Cyber security sales and CPO HCE + Lead role for GTM partnering including partner management, revenue enablement, and quota attainment. + Direct owner of the global GTM relationship with Google – This will require multi-industry and multi country relationship management skills + Work closely with Partner Marketing director to create enough co-sell pipeline to meet our revenue goals and quota. + Manage and own the internal and external business reviews + Liaise closely with all major business units and corporate executives within Honeywell to insure proper alignment and revenue generation for that business unit. + Liaise closely with office of our CTO, CIO, and CPO to ensure proper alignment across development, purchases from Google and GTMs. BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL + Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, Mental Health + Paid Vacation + 401k Plan & Matching + Career Growth + Professional Development YOU MUST HAVE: + 10+ years of experience in building GTMs with other technology partners – preferably a cloud provider like Microsoft, AWS, Google, or Salesforce + Experience with Marketplace and/or Partner Portal interfaces with cloud partners, and co-sell mechanic + Proven track record of recruiting & delivering incremental revenue with partners by working with field sales and industry field sales teams + Ability to manage a large global pipeline of co-sell business in multiple countries + Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically and create unique and differentiated GTM initiatives with very senior level executives + Demonstrated ability to manage and influence internal leaders & partners + 5+ years establishing contractual partnership agreements + 5+ years Program & Project Management + Keen ability to project manage a complex set of initiatives driven my multiple colleagues at the partner and within Honeywell + Ability to travel to various partner sales offices WE VALUE: + Think Big & Make it Happen behavior is critical + Demonstrated ability to manage through ambiguity at a rapid pace + High individual level of personal accountability for results + MBA ABOUT HONEYWELL Honeywell International Inc.
