The Strategic Partnerships team plays a critical role in the successful achievement of Snap’s revenue goals. Establishing and nurturing key partnerships that comprise our largest 100 partners paves the way for other Snap GTM organizations to execute on our strategies. Collaborating across functions including Sales, Product, Engineering and the CEO’s office illustrates the unique role this organization plays in driving top and bottom line outcomes for Snap, inc. We're looking for a Director, Strategic Partnerships to join our team. . This role will focus on North America and involve hands-on operational execution of Snap’s most critical partnerships. You will work closely with the Vice President, Strategic Partnerships, and Snap’s leadership to drive operational excellence, internal alignment, and successful partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong operational mindset and the ability to deliver results through collaboration and strategic execution. What You’ll Do + Own and drive key North American partnerships, ensuring alignment with Snap’s revenue objectives and fostering relationships that deliver mutual value + Elevate operational excellence within the Partnerships team by streamlining internal collaboration across Sales, Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional groups + Lead the execution of partnership agreements, ensuring seamless alignment with Snap’s strategic goals and financial targets + Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities, address challenges, and deliver scalable, impactful solutions + Support the broader Strategic Partnerships organization by developing goals and driving operational rigor to achieve measurable outcomes + Mentor and develop team members, building a culture that prioritizes collaboration, innovation, and excellence Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities + Strong operational focus with the ability to execute strategies across functions effectively + Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives + Ability to communicate results clearly and effectively in a matrix organization. + Proven ability to manage partnerships tactically and strategically, focusing on measurable outcomes + Experience in navigating cross-functional environments to deliver results + Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for operational excellence and problem-solving Minimum Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience + 10+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Strategy, or a related field within the technology sector + 5+ years of experience leading and developing teams Preferred Qualifications + MBA or Juris Doctorate, or equivalent experience + Proven experience managing North American corporate partnerships in the technology sector. + Demonstrated ability to build win-win partnerships with third parties of various levels of relative scale + Demonstrated experience operationalizing strategic initiatives and managing key partnerships + Previous experience partnering with cross-functional executives and management across a globally distributed organization + Track record of delivery in rapidly changing, highly collaborative, multi-site, multi-stakeholder environments If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please don’t be shy and provide us some information (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScV7t31iR3yYR9ztGDHJpbvL63svWpb6s0afkBkLEjGnDx4Kg/viewform) . Compensation In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Zone B (https://careers.snap.com/us-payzones) : The base salary range for this position is $279,000-$419,000 annually.
