+ **Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field 10+ years of experience in strategic business development, corporate development, or related roles, preferably within the semiconductor or high-tech industries
+ Preferred MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics or related field or equivalent experience
+ Knowledge of memory technologies (DRAM, NAND, Advanced Packaging, Process, emerging memory, etc.)
+ Experience with developing business strategies and coordination with internal technical teams, legal ,government affairs teams, and business unit teams.
+ Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders internally and externally
+ Highly effective, strong communication and teamwork skills
+ Ability to drive the cross functional team across Engineering, Technology Development, Legal, and Business Units to recommend strategy and execution plans with C-level executives.
+ Proven track record in negotiating and managing large-scale, complex agreements
+ Adaptable to a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with dynamic demands
+ Strong understanding of the semiconductor ecosystem and related technologies
+ Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities
+ Superior communication and interpersonal skills
+ Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
+ **Preferred Requirements**
+ Being comfortable to pivot (change of plans) at a moment’s notice.
+ High level of technical understanding of the memory products, process technologies and semiconductor manufacturing.
+ Strong negotiating skills.
+ Strong program management skills with ability to establish KPIs and on-demand reporting
+ Experience completing RFPs and RFQs for various spend categories.
The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$188,500.00 - $375,500.00
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
