Job Description
The Director will report within the Allergan Aesthetics Regulatory Strategic Alliance and Analytics group and will directly support the Vice President, Regulatory Affairs, Allergan Aesthetics, by leading and participating in defined strategic projects, processes and initiatives across the Allergan Aesthetics Regulatory Affairs organization.
Governance, Meetings and Executive Support:
• Provide direct support to the Vice President, Regulatory Affairs, Allergan Aesthetics for management of Regulatory Affairs Department inclusive of collaboration and stakeholder management across functions
• Executes the vision and direction of the Vice President, Regulatory Affairs, Allergan Aesthetics in coordinating, establishing and preparing internal and external meetings and cadences
• Support the Allergan Aesthetics Regulatory Leadership in development of internal and external communication strategies
Functional Health and Operations:
• Assist in forecasting and management of regulatory resources (inclusive of contractors) and budgets in collaboration with regulatory sub-functions, HR and Finance.
• Assist in development and reporting of KPIs and other metrics across Regulatory functions and provide recommendations and implementation to improve performance.
Business Transformation and Change Management:
• Plan and lead Regulatory and/or corporate initiatives and provide internal project management expertise to sub-teams where necessary.
• Execute change management and stakeholder engagement strategies (inclusive of impact assessments on people, process and technology)
• Maintain excellent project management and organization skills to manage all allocated initiatives.
Supervisory Responsibilities
• No direct supervisory responsibilities however, it is expected that the incumbent acts as a Leader across the Regulatory department and in interactions with cross-functional colleagues
Qualifications
• Required Education: Bachelor degree
• Preferred Education: Masters or other post-graduate certification
• Required Experience: 10 years experience of working in a regulated industry or project management focused role
• Preferred Experience: Up to 10 years experience working in regulatory affairs with project management experience
• Required Skills and Attributes: Excellent communication skills, ability to lead through influence, proven capability of strategic and assertive decision making, demonstrable capacity and confidence to interact with senior management
Key Stakeholders:
• Regulatory Affairs Strategy; Regulatory Affairs Operations, Regulatory Policy and Intelligence, Government Affairs, Quality, R&D

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
