Director, Strategic Sales OEM (Connected Services)

About you:

\n

You’ll have a deep understanding of the automotive industry and market dynamics to achieve ambitious sales targets and contribute to the company's overall sales strategy.

\n

 

\n

What You'll Be Doing:

\n

As the Director, Strategic Sales OEM, you’ll report to the Managing Director, Connected Services and drive revenue growth by building, cultivating, and managing relationships with automotive OEMs and Charge Point Operators (CPOs), for all Connected Services products and solutions.

\n

  

\n\nLead strategic OEM sales activities for the Connected Services business.\nDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.\nIdentify and acquire new clients within the automotive OEM and CPO sectors.\nDrive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling to existing clients and new prospects.\nBuild and manage strong sales pipelines to accelerate long sales cycles.\nMaintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at automotive OEMs and CPOs.\nOversee business development projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.\nPrepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for senior management.\nRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to build a network of contacts.\n

What You'll Need:

\n\nBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.\nProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.\nExperience and knowledge of the transport industry and vehicle manufacturing OEM business operations.\nExperience in writing and responding to RFI/RFP/RFQ documents.\nWillingness and ability to travel as required.\n\n

Desirable Skills:

\n\nKnowledge and understanding of the telematics industry.\nExperience with EV charging infrastructure and CPOs.\nProficiency in multiple languages, particularly German, French, Spanish, and/or Italian.\n\n
