Purpose:
The primary focus of this role is to develop, lead and drive new medical data device solutions within the Respiratory service lines for the connected devices business. This includes various customer-facing activities in support of growing the service line such as developing go to market materials, performing demos, leading customer technical discussions and bid defense meetings. This SME role requires evaluation and implementation of new respiratory digital health solutions in line with the strategic focus of the Connected Devices team. The role will work in close collaboration with other stakeholders including but not limited to Sponsors, Business Development team, IT teams, Delivery teams within CD business, Therapeutic area leads, Therapeutic Center of Excellence and other teams within IQVIA.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible to evaluate new digital health solutions for connected devices market which is in line with the strategic focus of the Connected Devices teamResponsible to develop the new service offerings for connected devices and advise on the operational workflow for new devices. Ensure implementation of end-to-end workflow for new solutions which are in sync with the needs of the study/program and internal or external stakeholdersResponsible to work with Vendors, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to create the entire offering including standard proposal text, budget line items and rate cardsDevelop go to market strategy, including presentations, marketing activities, pricing and conference participationCustomer facing SME in pre-sales solution capabilities presentations, technical demos, and bid defense supportContribute to the creation of internal SOPs, study templates, site and patient facing materials as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the solutionResponsible to provide subject matter expertise on connected devices solutions strategy keeping in mind the operational aspect of existing platforms and technologies already in use in addition to maintain an awareness of industry benchmarks and new technologies in connected device domainEnsure consistent and outstanding quality against department deliverables. Play a lead role in all key issues related to quality management and process improvementManage customer relationships, attending client meetings to understand client expectations regarding various projects and present the operational aspects of Connected Devices teamMaintain oversight on the development of service line budgets for RFPsProvide answers for customer RFIsManage the standard operating procedures of the department and ensure compliance with ICH GCP guidelines.Oversee the maintenance, review and validation of Quality Control proceduresPlan for and manage assets for team members (software, hardware, space, supplies). This is to be done in coordination with support functions. i.e. IT for hardware, admin for space and supplies etc.Liase with Business Development to give timely inputs regarding the feasibility of all new proposals going out to clientsResponsible to retire offerings that are no longer applicable to the connected devices teamREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Extensive experience with Respiratory testing, including Spirometry and other Pulmonary Function Tests (DLCO, FeNO, Oscillometry, etc)Should understand technology and having good business Acumen, Leadership, project management skills with at least 15 years of relevant experience within the field of research managing people and operations in healthcare or pharmaceutical company; or equivalent combination of education, training and experiencePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $131,600.00 - $244,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
