The estimated base salary range for this role is $175,000 to $240,000 per year plus an annual incentive bonus and equity.
Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors (salary may be adjusted based on geographic location)

Reporting to the VP Corporate & Strategic Development, the Director of Strategic and Corporate Development will work closely with business unit leaders to develop and refine growth strategies, lead market exploration and business development efforts, and manage merger and acquisition negotiations and due diligence processes. This role involves significant interaction with senior leadership and external stakeholders and includes managing a small team to facilitate Program Management Office (PMO) activities.

What You’ll Do
Work closely with business unit leaders to develop and refine corporate growth strategies. Lead market exploration, identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing business development opportunities. Drive M&A initiatives, including evaluating targets, conducting due diligence, and managing negotiations. Build and nurture strategic partnerships to expand market presence and foster new business opportunities. Oversee Program Management Office (PMO) activities to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives. Collaborate with executive leadership, finance, legal, HR, and other teams to build business cases for transactions. Develop integration strategies post-merger, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Excellent financial and market analysis skills, with deep knowledge of valuation techniques and due diligence. Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to navigate complex, cross-functional initiatives. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related technical field. 10+ years in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or strategy consulting. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and business case development. Demonstrated ability to structure and close business deals with external partners.
