Job Description:
Lead vendor evaluation and selection for inbound freight and warehousing servicesManage vendor relationships and negotiations with freight forwarders, brokers, and related suppliers to ensure freight is moved expeditiously from vendor sites to company inventory locations in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements and in time to meet order fulfillment requirements.Manage vendor relationships and negotiations with 3PL fulfillment service providers (domestic and international). Collaborate with Customer Service team as may be requested.Ensure compliance with all international partners’ requirements (export documentation, factory certifications, Form E, COO, COA, etc.)Evaluate results periodically (at intervals sufficient to manage changing internal and external business dynamics) and report to Dept head and make adjustments or recommendations for adjustments as neededManages shuttle and spotting services for the company QualificationsEducation & Requirements
Master's degree in business, Supply Management or related field. Will consider equivalent experience.10 years of experience in related Supply Management role
