This position is a critical role responsible for divisional Supply Chain FP&A and serve as the business partner to the Meals & Beverage Division SVP of Finance. This position reports to the AVP, Supply Chain Finance FP&A and will sit on the Meals & Beverage Division finance leadership team. The role will be responsible for leading Meals & Beverage Supply chain Financial Planning and Management Reporting – this includes monthly consolidation and reporting of COPS financial results, projections, and metrics, as well as the development of monthly COPS presentation materials. This position also leads a team which provides critical finance reporting for the enterprise.
This role leads a department of 4 inclusive of 2 direct reports and is responsible for their development.
This role will have significant interaction with the senior finance leadership team (including the SVP SC Finance, SVP Finance for the Meals & Beverage division, CFO of the Campbell’s Company), and other senior leaders across the enterprise.
Principal Accountabilities
Responsible for the management of M&B COPS and Total Delivered Costs (TDC)Drive SC performance for the M&B Division by improving financial visibility, implementing standardized KPIs, and identifying key areas of opportunities to improve performance across the network.Lead Integrated Business Planning process including Strategic Planning, development of Annual Operating Plans, and monthly projections and tracking of resultsProvide actionable insights to the business partners and Supply chain Leadership team. Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$201,000-$288,900Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
