What You will Be Doing:

 

Leadership & Team Development:

 

Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team. Set measurable goals and hold the team accountable for market share growth. Drive collaboration across global and local markets to align strategies.

Marketing & Strategy Execution:

 

Lead the development and execution of annual marketing plans for clinical portfolios. Identify key customer insights and translate them into product concepts. Develop and execute product launch strategies for capital equipment, disposable products, and software. Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations teams to create tailored revenue generation models.

Customer & Market Understanding:

 

Stay at the forefront of trends in surgery, including robotic surgery, AI/ML, and fluorescence-guided techniques. Foster relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and industry influencers. Maintain deep knowledge of portfolio positioning and identify opportunity gaps to drive growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

 

Work closely with Sales, Global Marketing, Product Development, and Medical Affairs teams to ensure alignment across all functions. Regularly engage with customers to ensure marketing strategies meet evolving needs and market conditions.

People Development:

 

Attract, retain, and mentor top marketing talent. Provide continuous feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance team skills and competencies.

What You Bring:

 

Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in medical device marketing, with a focus on minimally invasive surgery. Bachelor’s degree in marketing; MBA preferred. Proven success managing a multi-disciplinary team and driving market growth. Strong experience with capital equipment, single-use products, and developing associated revenue models. Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Experience in robotic surgery and technical market segments. Familiarity with global marketing strategies and trends in surgical technology.
