Position Location: This position is remote (within our remote states).
Standard Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (ET).
Minimum Requirements:
3+ years experience working with or managing benefits and/or benefit configuration.5+ years networX pricer experience required.10+ years healthcare experience required.5+ of those years in some level of leadership.Proven experience around leading, or playing a key role in, implementations of new business lines.Preferred:
5+ years of QNXT experience.Experience with government programs and commercial line of business.Strong communication skills.Strong project planning/management skills.Expectations for this Role:

The Information Technology Director plans, coordinates, and directs the Information System activities for assigned area or project. Lead technical and programming teams. Serve as the liaison between designated area or project and Information Technology. Bachelors Degree or 4 years of related experience required.We are looking for an experienced Director of System Configuration that has more than 10 years in-depth experience using the QNXT Software Application and NetworX Suite of Products. Must be familiar with all pricing configuration, benefits, Edit Rules, program setup, claim editing systems, configuration options, Networx Rate Sheets, and how the claims adjudication process works in QNXT as it integrates with NetworX Pricer. Additional experience in Optum Easy Group is an added bonus as this is our integrated grouping and pricing solution. This team will manage new QNXT/NetworX implementations as well as serve as the primary point of contact for any other implementations in the organization that may impact the system configuration department.
