What is the Opportunity?

The Director, Talent Integration for Capital Markets (CM) plays a central role in driving cross-platform talent processes and strategies in support of the HRSVP and HR Business Partners. With a strong focus on providing actionable data-backed insight, building partnerships across COEs and the HR CM team and project managing specific initiatives, the incumbent will also act as a primary contributor to the talent strategy development and strategic planning process, while supporting team routines to ensure effective ways of working across the team.

What will you do?

Under the Leadership of the Sr Director, Talent Strategy and Enablement:

Acts as a partner to HRVP in articulating the Capital Markets talent strategy and work with COEs to design sub-component of the overall strategy; plays a critical role in leading the needs analysis.Drives platform outcomes by acting as a strategic integration point and driving prioritization between the platform team and the HR ecosystemPartners with other Talent Partners to identify & address talent challenges for the Capital Markets platform that are not addressed through existing programs/offerings in HR and leads solution brokeringBuild decks, artefacts and other materials for senior leaders and executive audiencesInfluences colleagues and senior stakeholders' decisions utilizing their HR, platform knowledge and expertiseEnables HR Business Partners to conduct business-as-usual talent processes (e.g., engagement, talent management, year-end performance and compensation etc.)Supports platform routines, prioritization and annual planningAdvances Talent Integration practices for Capital Markets leveraging dataActively participates in Talent Integration community of practice and sharing

What you need to succeed?

Must-have:

7 to 10 years of experience in HR or Capital Markets, in a relevant roleSuperior partnership and influencing skillsAnalytical mindset, balanced with an ability to think broadly across HR domainsKeen ability to derive insights and strategies from people dataGood balance between being innovative and practicalGlobal exposure or experience is an assetUndergraduate degree, MBA preferred or equivalentCHRL or equivalent designation is an asset
