We’re hiring a Director, Technical Program Management (TPM), Customer Success, to lead the strategic portfolio and oversee technology programs, driving innovation and execution within Customer Success!

This role involves direct team management, partnering with leadership to oversee cross-functional planning and delivery of priorities, initiatives, and PI planning, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of substantial business value across the portfolio.

You're an experienced at effectively communicating across organizational levels, from individual engineers to senior executives, and have a proven track record of managing large, complex programs.

This is a hybrid role with an in office commit of a minimum of 10 times/quarter to one of our eligible locations: Indianapolis, IN or Dallas, TX.

Requirements:

10+ years (Director, TPM) of enterprise software/technical program or engineering management experience at an enterprise technology company

3+ years with Portfolio Management at a large technology company

5+ years with direct people management skills, include FTE, contractors (and vendors)

A Team Builder with demonstrated experience managing a diverse workforce in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Staff Augmentation model

Experience with annual long range, and quarterly, and program planning & road mapping

Understanding of Agile and SAFe frameworks and how to adopt them across a large, scaled, global, enterprise organization

5+ years of conducting and leading SaaS product development programs; shown understanding of the SaaS business model and its product development lifecycle

A strong understanding of AI and Agentic concepts as we lead the transformation of Salesforce into the Agentic age

Including Einstein AI toolset, LLM, RAG, Data Cloud & Data Architecture, Prompt Frameworks & Prompt Engineering, AI and Vectorized testing strategies, and AI Security concepts

Outstanding organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills conducive to driving consensus; able to work in a cross-functional, matrix management environment

Strong visual presenter, who can explain complex concepts to a global audience and gain alignment and consensus

Strong influence, organizational skills, and business understanding required to prioritize the portfolio of work, cross BPG deliverables, and dependencies in an N+1 manner across a dynamic environment

Deep understanding of program and organizational financial management concepts of budgeting, planning and forecast and balance a greater than $50m P&L

The ability to navigate a large, complex organization and quickly develop relationships with a large set of Stakeholders, Vendors and Partners

A related technical degree required
