The Director, Technology and Alliance will play a critical role in developing and maintaining strategic technical partnerships with key technology vendors, system integrators, and other ecosystem partners. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and collaboration skills to drive mutual growth and success for our company and our technology partners.

Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Partnership Strategy Identify, prioritize, and engage with potential strategic technology partners to expand our CX offers, platform's capabilities, reach new markets, and enhance customer value propositionFoster strong, long-term relationships with technology partner companies, ensuring alignment with our business goals, technical requirements, and mutual benefits.Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing) to integrate partner technologies, develop joint solutions, and ensure seamless interoperability.Collaborate with partners to design, develop, and deploy innovative CX solutions that leverage our SaaS platform and their technologies.Manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships, tracking progress, identifying areas for improvement, and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize mutual benefits.Business Development, identify new business opportunities, develop joint go-to-market plans, and support sales teams in pursuing new revenue streams with partner companies.Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies that can impact our partnership strategy or CX platform.

Qualifications:

Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Contact Center software development, cloud computing, APIs, data integration, and cybersecurity principles.Experience in CX industryKnowledge of CRM, customer service, or marketing automation platformsCertifications in cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)Familiarity with API-based integrations and data exchange protocolsProven experience in developing and executing strategic partnerships, with a strong focus on mutual growth, revenue expansion, and customer value creation.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, partners, and stakeholders.Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, identify business opportunities, and develop creative solutions to drive growth and innovation.

If you are hired in Belmont, CA the compensation range for this position is between $194,600 and $278,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
