Director, Technology Delivery & Operations

Job Description:

The Director, Technology, Delivery & Operations is a critical leader, driving pivotal cross-functional initiatives that propel our technology, product and operational delivery efforts. This is a high-impact role, that will lead teams ensuring seamless coordination and execution of both internal and external efforts from conception to delivery. Responsibilities will encompass forming initiatives, overseeing timelines, managing resources, optimizing delivery processes, mitigating risks, and partnering across functions to drive positive change in the organization, along with other duties to drive excellence. By fostering strong collaboration across departments and with external partners, this role will align our development and delivery efforts with our strategic vision, champion a culture of excellence, and deliver transformative solutions that revolutionize the healthcare industry.

Set vision and execution of organization direction for broad, cross-organization initiatives across the NextGen family of products, platforms and services.Partner with senior leaders across the organization to drive program execution in alignment with corporate objectives.Partner with the Chief Technology Officer and other leaders to further our transformation and growth objectives.Assess program needs, develop and establish program management framework with methods, procedures and implementation. Direct and coordinate program activities, and exercises control over personnel responsible for specific functions or phases of program.Identify and articulate the risks of program, followed by establishing and executing mitigation plans behind all risks.Evaluate program effectiveness to ensure progress is being accomplished toward specified program objective and modifies or changes methodology as required to redirect activities and attain objectives.Perform other duties that support the overall objective of the position.

Education Required:  Bachelor’s Degree.Or, any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position.
Experience Required:8+ years’ experience in program management, transformation management, project management or a related field.8+ years’ experience in technical programs & projects within the software engineering domain and or operational domains.Demonstrated ability to set a vision and drive execution for broad, cross organizational programs.Experience operating directly in a C-Level environment is desired.
License/Certification Required:

The following certifications are highly beneficial:

Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.SAFe certifications.Lean Six Sigma.
