Director, Technology Partnerships
Who we areAs the Director of Technology Partnerships at Attentive, you will lead a team responsible for growing an ecosystem of technology partners and strategic alliances that deliver value to our customers and support Attentive’s growth aspirations. Success requires the execution of a plan to develop, transform and accelerate the growth of our tech partners and alliances ecosystem, as well as carry the target for partner referred and influenced revenue. You will lead a team of (4) senior partner managers and build out the strategic alliance (business development) function. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, the ability to build with an eye toward scale and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Why Attentive needs youDeveloping global strategy: Conduct market sizing, segmentation, and prioritization of partner segments. Define strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth with partners, in the core business and expanding into new verticals and marketsLeading Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong strategic partnerships with key partners, collaborating closely with their team to identify opportunities and drive joint initiatives. Acts as the senior leadership point of contact for tech partners, aligning strategic goals and addressing their needs and concernsBuilding Business Development function: Define and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to unlock longer-term revenue growth with new partner categories incl. Cloud Partners, PE/VC firms, etc. Hire first BD team memberOwning Tech Partner Program: Lead and drive our approach for Attentive Tech Partner Program, metrics, strategy, and planningCross-functional influence: Collaborate and align with cross-functional stakeholders (sales, product, marketing and enablement) both within Attentive and within partner organization to maximize impact and build a long-term partnership. Bring feedback on opportunities and pain points to product and engineering to improve Attentive’s offeringsAbout youBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)10+ years of experience working with strategic Tech/ISV partners and building GTM relationships with revenue accountability, preferably within the Martech industryProven track record of exceeding partner/channel and alliance revenue targetsStrong understanding of marketing technology, trends, and best practicesExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsStrategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisionsDemonstrated leadership experience, including developing a team and building a high-performing, supportive cultureWillingness to travel up to 30% of the time for conferences, events, and partner visitsYou'll get competitive , from health & wellness to equity, to help you bring your best self to work.
For US based applicants:- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000 - $182,000 annually + bonus/commission + equity + benefits- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
