As a Director, Technology Planning & Delivery - Asia Pacific (APACx, excluding Greater China & Mongolia), you will play a crucial role in designing, planning, implementing, solutions, and services to support Hilton’s business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to learn the Hilton tech stack, assess existing system capabilities, develop scalable digital solutions, and deliver to product requirements.

\n\nEvaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, and tools to support digital technology initiatives\nDrive innovation by exploring emerging technologies and proposing innovative solutions to product and business challenges\nStay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve digital capabilities\n\nSolution Design and Development
\n\nPartner with our global and regional technical teams to lead the design and implementation of technical projects, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and performance\nOversee the end-to-end delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met\nCollaborate and co-create architecture outcomes including application architecture, data architecture, integration architecture, and infrastructure architecture that integrates with Hilton core systems to enable frictionless hotel processes\n\nStakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
\n\nCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations\nFoster collaboration and alignment between product stakeholders, development teams, and other cross-functional groups\nAct as a trusted advisor to senior management on technical strategies and initiatives\n\nGovernance and Compliance
\n\nPartner with the enterprise solutions architecture team to establish and enforce IT architecture governance processes, standards, and policies to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across IT initiatives\nWork with global and regional cybersecurity team in ensuring proposed solutions meet cybersecurity and data protection requirements\n\nWHY YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT
\nYou have these minimum qualifications:
\n\n15+ years of professional work experience in technology or a related field\n10+ years of India work experience building, leading, and managing technical teams\n5+ years of experience in technology leadership role, with a proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-wide technology solutions\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and support concurrent projects\nAbility to conduct technical feasibility and size up technical effort in both man-day and complexity\nIdentify emerging technologies and trends that can enhance Hilton’s operations and guest experiences\nProactively manage, and provide regular project updates to multiple stakeholder groups\nTravel up to 40%\nStrong knowledge of travel or hospitality technology systems including booking platforms, customer engagement tools\nExceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills\nDemonstrate flexibility and adaptability to take on new roles, tasks, and projects as the company and position evolve\n\n\nWHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTON
