Director, Treasury
Treasury Management and Operations
Lead and mentor the Treasury team, fostering a culture of constant improvement and development. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders including banks, lenders, and other financial providers. Implement controls and provide oversight over the company’s portfolio of global bank accounts. Review and approve department journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end variance analyses. Develop treasury and cash management metrics.Cash Management and Cash Flow Forecasting
Oversee the company's global cash management and forecasting process, and strategic planning; incorporate best practices and automation of key processes to advance cash reporting and forecasting. Continuously maintain the short-term and long-term cash flow forecast based on a sources-and-uses cash forecast utilizing input from the Company’s Treasury Management System (Kyriba) and ERP (Oracle). Monitor global cash balances and lead intercompany funding and repatriation activities.Capital Structure, FX, and Corporate Actions
Manage and execute the company’s return of capital strategy. Execute share repurchase activities, including the evaluation of different structures. Work through accounting and disclosure implications for various structures. Calculate the company’s weighted average cost of capital and update on a periodic basis. Build-out the philosophy and methodology for all inputs into the calculation and compare to models provided by investment banks. Execute FX trades and evaluate FX hedging opportunities. Perform analysis on various structures to finance major projects (real estate, M&A, etc.).Credit Facility and Letters of Credit
Monitor and maintain compliance with the covenants in all credit facilities. Lead and manage the renewal process for the company’s credit revolver. Manage the worldwide standby and trade letters of credit program.Compliance and Reporting
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures. Develop and monitor treasury operational policies. Manage Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for treasury operations. Support internal and external audit requirements. Prepare support for treasury-related 10K and 10Q footnotes. Ensure accurate and timely completion of KYC and FBAR requirements. Manage operational, reporting and disclosure deliverables associated with current and future debt funding activities. Accountable for the Treasury Management System (Kyriba) environment. Develop and Maintain treasury presentation materials and reporting for senior management, including the company’s Audit Committee and Board of Directors.Criteria
Bachelor's degree; CFA, CTP, or MBA a plus. 5 - 10 years of related Treasury experience with experience in financial modeling and capital markets within a mid-to-large cap company. Retail experience preferred. Strong in Excel and report creation. Hands-on experience across treasury; cash management, bank accounting management, and capital markets. Multi-national experience preferred, foreign exchange a plus. Prior banking relationship management experience with a strong working knowledge of bank products. Strong system skills (Treasury Management Systems, FX Systems, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word). Working knowledge of Kyriba, Oracle, Bloomberg, and Hyperion Essbase a plus. Strong leadership with people management skills. Prior management experience required. A record of driving organizational change and improving processes. An ability to respond, prioritize, and meet deadlines while maintaining the highest of standards of completeness and accuracy. An ability to be effective and decisive under pressure. Strong planning, research, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills. A keen sense of business ethics, integrity and discretion. Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time. Ability to type on a keyboard and operate a PC. Ability to converse over a telephone. Ability to transport materials or equipment or lifting, moving, carrying objects up to fifty pounds on a limited basis. Ability to work in office and perform in corporate environment. The expected starting pay range for this position is $210,000 - $230,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
