We amplify an artist's reach and impact, build their communities & ensure their music resonates culturally with a wide range of audiences. **Your role:** In this role you will lead international marketing campaigns for Atlantic Records, managing a team and their projects whilst also running some of your own. The position also involves overseeing budgets, developing global marketing strategies including on-roster catalogue, collaborating with various stakeholders (including artists, managers, frontline labels and other international teams), and analysing campaign performance to optimise future strategies. **Here you’ll get to:** + Overseeing the team pod and being responsible for international marketing campaigns for that respective label group (Atlantic). + Management of 2/3 team members and their campaigns including overseeing the overall campaign strategic direction, planning, implementation and reporting. + Accountability to ensure the team are delivering on sales, streaming and financial targets set by CEO and VP. + Management of own roster of certain superstar acts or special projects. + Main contact for the label head of marketing alongside the team members + Help to manage relationships with Artist managers and ensure the team are supported in their relationships with managers throughout the campaigns + Be one voice to the front line labels and the team on strategy and campaign ambitions + Oversee promo budget approval alongside the VP + Review and oversee international marketing and promotion plans to create impactful global and local marketing plans + Leadership for calls with local markets on projects + Pitching to global marketing for artist inclusion in the GPS and management of artists within the GPS to ensure they’re delivering against OKRs and KPIs. + Proactively seek out innovative campaigns with the team to continually improve and develop marketing campaigns and create opportunities for the roster of artists + Identify priority acts for the roster to help the team manage their time and releases most efficiently alongside the VP + Representing and championing the needs of international territories within the front line label in the best interests of the overall project. + Creative input for international online marketing ensuring that all on and off-line marketing / promotion is integrated and that there is accountability against KPIs. + Manage relationships with live agents, legal teams and managers to ensure the team are best represented and delivering on global campaigns + Support A&R endeavours from local markets and also UK repertoire to ensure appropriate collaborations and features are delivered + Work with Warner Music UK data analysts and Warner Music International team to develop, report and analyse results as well as reporting on all promotional and local marketing activity to senior management, artist management and UK labels + Work with VP to ensure that the team is constantly being challenged to learn and develop and that wins are recognised and rewarded. **About you:** This role requires a highly organised, strategic, and collaborative individual with a strong understanding of the music industry and international marketing. They should be a proven leader with experience managing teams and budgets, possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and be data-driven with a focus on achieving results.
