**About the Job**
The Director, Consumer Marketing, tolebrutinib will be responsible for leading the consumer onboarding, retention & adherence strategy for the brand including development and execution of innovative marketing and educational tactics that will differentiate tolebrutinib and create a best-in-class experience for all stakeholders. This position is based in Cambridge, MA and level will be commensurate with the experience of identified candidate. The position will report into the Head of tolebrutinib Marketing.

**Main Responsibilities:**
+ Support the tolebrutinib US consumer onboarding, retention & adherence marketing efforts for all potential MS launch indications.
+ Responsible for the strategy, development, and execution of the tolebrutinib consumer retention plan and budget
+ Will oversee the marketing integration and launch readiness in partnership with the Patient Support Services team for our neurology assets. This role involves managing the development and execution of key initiatives including the Patient Support Program (PSP) marketing message development and pull through, ambassador program, retention CRM program, support call center and field PSP team material (field reimbursement and nurse material), field commercial material, patient onboarding material (welcome brochures, tip sheets, etc.), PSS forms, consents, website content, and patient onboarding app.
+ This role entails crafting communications for Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies (REMS) and Patient Support Hubs.
+ Will work with North America PSS leadership and across Business Units to develop PSS branding & messaging for the US organization.
+ Foster strong partnerships with patient provider services (internal and field), medical affairs, market access, marketing operations, sales, market research, legal, regulatory, advocacy and other functions to ensure aligned objectives, understanding and implementation of the brand strategies.
+ Work with market access team to implement retention pull through opportunities with payors and specialty pharmacies.
+ Work with digital team to drive innovative strategies and tactics for adherence.
+ Responsible to help establish, track, and monitor key performance indicators for retention associated programs.
+ Manage advertising agency partner and other vendors to ensure execution towards objectives.
+ Champion material through Promotional Review Board (PRB).
**About You**
**Education/Experience Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in product/brand management and patient support services in the US pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industries.
+ Proven experience in managing lab programs and vendor relationships in a healthcare setting.
+ Deep understanding of lab integrations, REMS programs and safety measures. A strong background in audit readiness, governance, and compliance.
+ A comprehensive understanding of the key dynamics driving the US health care environment.
+ Ability to quickly understand and communicate all clinical data / publications to support business objectives.
+ Understanding of market research, creative development, and experience with the regulatory review/approval process
+ Ability to interact widely and effectively both within the company and with cross-functional partners (i.e., on an interdepartmental and interdisciplinary basis). Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
