Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and creative UX Director to join our team at Netskope and lead our efforts in creating an amazing experience for our users. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and a passion for creating optimal user experiences. The UX Director needs to have a strong knowledge of design methodologies, excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, and a proven track record of UX work.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and user research teams to create a UX vision for Netskope SASE portfolio. Produce wireframes, storyboards, concepts, and other collateral to help communicate research results and make the case for new ideas. Create designs that adhere to and extend the existing style guide and design system. Generate detailed final design specs that inspire accurate developer builds. Work with developers and quality experts to deliver a polished final product. Promote and educate others on new interface guidelines and design patterns. Lead the UX design team and mentor new design staff.Required Skills and Experience:
7+ years of experience designing and launching products with seamless customer experiences in complex, fast-paced environments. B2B product design experience with a keen focus on UX design principles - networking or SD-WAN is a big plus. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, user research techniques and usability best practices. Expert in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Invision. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with partners across disciplines including Product, Engineering, and Marketing. Proven track record of successfully leading user experience design teams and projects. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple competing priorities.Education:
Bachelor Degree Required, a degree in Human Computer Interaction, Information Design, Graphic Design, or a related design or behavioral science discipline, or equivalent experience.#LI-DN1
