This includes management of the suite of hosted Voice Services Products including automated workflow products for wireline and wireless telephone number portability in US and Canada; provisioning products for Caller ID, e911 provisioning, Directory Listings and long distance PIC CARE; as well as additional order management and workflow automation products. This role will partner and collaborate with Transunion’s customers and prospects and with stakeholders across Transunion, including Sales, Account Management and Marketing, Engineering and technical operations, other internal Transunion teams.

Impact You'll Make:
Product Management of Voice Services responsibilities include but not limited to:
Formulate plans for product improvements to enhance customer experience and increase revenue.
Manage Voice Services product operations by prioritizing and executing work/projects that have the most advantageous impact on the base revenue preservation. Oversee the roadmap for each product’s development.
Support new bookings and revenue goals. Provide review and input for the forecasting process and 3-year plan.
Support the sales team from pre-sale to contract signature. Provide marketing material and product documentation, product reviews and demo’s, budgetary and contractual pricing, contract review and ongoing customer support as required.
Monitor contract renewal process and provide support as required.
Identify, quantify and prioritize automation initiatives and process improvements across the product suite. Track and report the benefits accomplished from the automation initiatives.
Work hand in hand with all Engineering teams to support quality software implementations within allocated budget and resources.
Work with team to compile Monthly metrics and MOR. Present slides at monthly review.
Weekly one on ones with direct reports. Lead and coach each direct report in career pathing and day to day operations.
Project Management for cross functional team efforts such as key improvement projects, customer deployments, contract and service standardization efforts.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Benefits:

Pay Scale Information :The U.S. base salary range for this position is $150,100.00 - $225,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
