Position Summary    
The Walmart Team Director of Shave/Grooming, Body Care & Haircare is responsible for the strategic development of comprehensive omni plans to deliver or exceed plan.  This role will leverage cross-functional resources and remove barriers to drive partnership, profitability and share growth.  Critical to have an entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen and understand how to be successful with Walmart.  The Director manages an experienced sales team to deliver the overall annual objectives while also helping to develop a longer-term road map for YOY growth.  The Director will work closely with the internal BUs for Shave, Billie and Grooming to align strategies and translate into winning, actionable, and attractive initiatives at Walmart.  They will manage a team of three:  Team Lead and two National Account Managers.  The Director will work closely with the Senior Channel Manager to manage financial performance and GCI team to leverage insights into wins.  They must have the ability to navigate a matrixed organization to solve complex business challenges.  
Key Responsibilities:
•    Build a best-in-class omni relationship with the cross-functional team and Walmart to deliver against brand and shoppers needs. 
•    Develop and implement omni strategies to achieve EPC short-term goals regarding profit, margin, revenue and share and address long-term business opportunities.  Lead the deployment and management of personnel and company investments to achieve these goals.
•    Partner with the BU General Managers, Head of Sales Strategy and team in the development of Walmart strategies, winning 4P’s, business building initiatives and alignment on allocated funding required to implement the recommended strategy and programs.
•    Lead the annual planning for Shave/Grooming, Body Care & Haircare to link BU/brand and Walmart strategies. 
•    Orchestrate best-in-class volume forecasting, P&L maintenance, long-lead and innovation planning, inventory efficiencies and improvement opportunities, service and supply accountability plan, programming recommendations and post-activation insights.
•    Voice of the Customer: Advocate and represent the customer point of view internally.  Secure internal alignment on efforts to succeed with Walmart while accomplishing brand strategies.  

Requirements:
•    4-year college degree
•    10+ years’ experience in Customer Management, with experience in Category Management, Insights and/or Sales Strategy
•    Strong executive presence and experienced in leading senior-level customer interactions
•    Good understanding of Customer Management Process
•    Proven analytical, financial and negotiation skills 
•    Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills
•    Computer proficient (Microsoft Office, IRI, Retail Link/ Luminate / CRISP)

 

 

The salary range for this position is $176,000- $264,000. Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
