Are you a visionary leader with a passion for optimizing warehouse operations and driving team success? We are looking for an experienced Director of Warehouse Operations. This role will oversee and optimize multi-site warehouse operations, ensuring alignment with company growth strategies while maintaining operational excellence.
In This Role\nLead and develop a high-performing operations team across multiple locations \nDrive change and continuous improvement through process innovation, technology integration, and operational best practices \nOversee all aspects of multi-site warehouse operations, including receiving, order fulfillment, and shipping \nDevelop and execute strategic plans for warehouse operations to support business objectives, scalability, and profitability \nManage and maintain full P&L, ensuring cost efficiency while delivering exceptional operational performance \nPlan, forecast, and allocate resources effectively to meet operational and customer demands \nBuild and mentor warehouse and operations leadership teams, ensuring strong performance, professional development, and succession planning \nEnsure compliance with safety initiatives, quality standards, and industry regulations, fostering a culture of workplace safety \nOptimize warehouse processes and layout, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and enhance efficiency, including slotting, put away, picking, and replenishment strategies \nLead cross-functional collaboration within operations and across Sales, Marketing, and People & Culture to align operational goals with company objectives \nPartner with IT on the design and delivery of technology solutions \nOther duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications\nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team: \nBe open and honest \nReach for excellence \nAct with responsibility \nValue the whole person \nEnjoy the journey\n\n\n
The Ideal Person\n15+ years of leadership experience in distribution operations, \nKnowledge of a multi-site distribution center environment \nExperienced in data analysis, warehouse KPIs, and business management software \nKnowledge of WMS (Korber, Red Prairie, or similar) \nProven expertise in strategic distribution operations planning and efficiency, and financial oversight in a high-growth organization \nUnderstanding of safety, compliance, and quality control measures within distribution operations\n
