OverviewSummary
The Director, Web Development and Analytics is focused on driving growth and optimizing performance across C1’s digital platforms. Additionally, this role is responsible for the development and implementation of web programs that support the Demand Generation team drive pipeline growth. The position entails working with a cross-functional team to ensure integration of efforts and alignment with GTM focus areas and strategy.

Website Strategy and Optimization:Develops and implements comprehensive website strategies to enhance user experience and engagementDrives traffic growth and improves conversion rates through SEO, content marketing, and performance optimizationCross-Functional Collaboration:Works closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Content Marketing teams to align website content with business priorities and product launchesCoordinates with stakeholders to ensure website initiatives support overall business goals and objectivesTechnical and Content Management:Oversees the technical aspects of the website, including ensuring proper functionality and troubleshooting issuesManages and updates website content to maintain relevance and accuracyDevelops and/or content-authored web pages using templates, components, HTML, CSS, and JSReporting and Analytics:Monitors and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website traffic, user engagement, and conversion ratesUses analytics to identify trends, measure success, and make data-driven decisionsHeadcount and Resource Management:Manages the web team’s headcount and resources effectively to meet project goals and deadlinesEnsures that the team is aligned with the company's strategic objectives and has the necessary support to perform their roles efficiently QualificationsRequired Qualifications

Pay Range
$140,000 - $165,000
Base pay ranges are estimated. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set, and any other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are in addition to base pay.
