The xTech Acceleration team manages the systems and tools portfolio for LinkedIn’s SaaS GTM division. Spanning across systems design, business analysis, product management, process optimization, and business strategy, you will gain a broad spectrum of experience by applying your skills to enable Go-To-Market’s technology strategy and push the Sales Operations efficiency frontier. In the role of Director, xTech Acceleration, you will be responsible for equipping the entirety of Go-To-Market with the technology and tooling necessary to drive value. As a senior member of the Connected GTM org, you’ll partner directly with senior executives, across LinkedIn’s Global Business Organization. You will directly manage a medium-sized organization of process / program owners and technology teams and drive the team vision to transform LinkedIn’s technology roadmap for Sales. The Director of xTech Acceleration Tools will drive the operational rhythm and cadence with engineering partners as well as business executives (e.g., roadmap review). Candidates will apply skills across all facets of the SDLC and utilize “instincts” to flag risks before they become blockers. This opportunity welcomes candidates that are excited to serve as the singular voice of the user and represent LinkedIn’s Global Business Organization’s technology and product needs. Candidates will lead their team through synthesizing business needs and socializing them with technically diverse and executive audiences, while balancing near and long-term requirements, resulting in the delivery of a tractable multiyear technical roadmap. Candidates will also have the opportunity to apply deep business knowledge (ideally in Sales and GTM processes) and product mindset to solve some of LinkedIn’s most challenging business problems. Responsibilities: + Lead, mentor, and manage a staff of Program and Business Process Managers + Own and maintain GBO product product vision and roadmap along with engineering prioritization, release sequencing, and communications + Create and execute project plans (risk management, dependency analysis) for large transformational projects (e.g., CRM Migrations) + Drive process standardization and refinement initiatives across GBO + Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment​ + Lead teams through the creation of technical roadmaps, while balancing trade-offs and long term business objectives​ + Serve as the primary point of contact for all GBO’s technical vision and roadmap + Create standards, frameworks, and methodologies to accelerate technology delivery + Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets​ + Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering) to ensure timely and successful roadmap delivery​ + Maintain current knowledge of industry trends (e.g., Automation, AI, ML, GenAI) and solution / architectural patterns **Basic Qualifications** + 10+ years of experience in product, technical program management, GTM Operations, or similar related experience + 3+ years of experience in people management **Preferred Qualifications** + Master’s degree or Advanced Degree in related field + 10+ years experience with Sales Operations processes and CRM systems (e.g., SFDC and Dynamics) + 5+ years of experience managing medium-sized (10+) technical delivery teams + 5+ years of experience in process improvement + 3+ years of experience managing people managers + Proven experience managing a large group of international stakeholders and driving global initiatives + Strong problem-solving and project management skills + Track record of technical visioning and multi-year roadmap execution / delivery + Experience presenting data or other technical concepts to senior stakeholders + Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., SQL and Python)​ **Suggested Skills ** + Leadership + Cross-functional Collaboration + Project Management + Technical Acumen LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is US $171,000 to US $278,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
