Inviting applications for the role of Director – Applied Advisory Practice, Healthcare

The Healthcare Advisory Team at Genpact works across the industry strategically supporting clients in delivering business transformation using our skillset in advisory, technology, data, ai, and business consulting. Whether simple transitions, more complex transformations or implementation of new operating models – we are the team that delivers transformation.

Responsibilities

Consulting Delivery - Manage complex change management workstreams for our Healthcare clients. Apply your expertise to guide clients through transformation and become a trusted advisor.

Project Leadership - Lead integrated project teams to deliver the key components across Healthcare client transformations.

Thought Leadership - Contribute insights on emerging methodologies and ideas in the Healthcare sector to advance our team’s capabilities and delivery excellence for clients.

Business Development - Utilize your domain knowledge to support sales pursuits, proposals, and presentations for new or growing business.

Define, evaluate and validate requirements, business functional design, and technical design for complex business issues within the domain area.

Analyse and develop solutions for business systems while identifying and the impact of those solutions to ensure quality, cost effectiveness, timeliness, and customer service - including the resolution of large, complex production system problems.

Provide systems analysis expertise and regularly consider the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Relevant years of Revenue cycle management and clinical solution experience

Experience delivering on consulting or transformation work in a client-centric setting.

Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree preferred.

Strong communication, collaboration, and team leadership abilities

Ability to work effectively in team environments.

Able to create maintain relationships easily.

Ability to thrive in ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Demonstrable Healthcare provider domain experience

Relevant years of Revenue cycle management and clinical solution experience

Experience in working at a provider (hospital system or hybrid hospital payer system)

Experience with Client relationship management

Business development experience and skills

Business leadership in originating and closing business with Healthcare providers

Ability to lead solution development (clinical and non-clinical)

Experience in patient and population health management

Well versed in the accountable care act

Experience with Gen Ai, hyper scalers, EMR technologies

Proven strong project management skills and experience managing complex projects within teams.

Strong functional/technical knowledge and expertise with relevant systems/applications in the healthcare benefits area.

Proactive and independent worker with a team mindset, collaborates well with others, and has an open mind to change.

Strong facilitation skills that include workgroup leadership and/or problem resolution across multiple groups.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially as it pertains to presentations.

Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$160,000 to $200,000]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
