Your Mission The Global Subscription Sales organization is building a best-in-class team in support of Stellantis' new Software Group and adding a talented Director of Global Lifecycle & Subscription Capabilities. This role involves strategic responsibilities such as shaping the customer experience, driving revenue, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The scope of influence spans globally, impacting both B2C and B2B/Fleet segments. As a senior leader, you will have a strong blend of vision, execution, and collaboration. You will have a tremendous opportunity to drive impact for subscription revenue and to transform the broader automotive industry! Responsibilities include: • Team Leadership and Culture: • Attract, retain, manage, and grow a high-performing and agile global team. • Contribute to the overall organizational culture, ensuring your team becomes an excellent environment for career growth and transformation within the automotive industry. • Subscription Management and Revenue: • Lead the definition of business requirements, collaborating closely with product teams. • Ensure we have the right subscription management tools to drive revenue across a global business with 14 brands, spanning both B2C and B2B/Fleet segments. • Product Development and Standardization: • Drive the development of future products and bundles. • Standardize processes based on business needs and industry best practices. • Collaborate with product teams across in-vehicle, mobile, and management platforms. • Customer Journey Optimization: • Identify and optimize complex customer journeys. • Create opportunities to simplify processes and enhance conversion rates. • Global Roadmap and Alignment: • Develop a comprehensive global roadmap. • Prioritize key initiatives and provide a holistic overview across business offers, pricing, product development, marketing, and partnerships. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Build business cases for product prioritization. • Collaborate with regional and global teams, fostering alignment and sharing best practices. • Engage with senior executives and their organizations to drive collaboration and monthly revenue contributionsBasic Qualifications: These are qualifications that all candidates require to be hired • Proven track record of leadership and success preferably within consumer subscriptions. • Ability to work with teams across product, business, and marketing at a global scale to determine prioritization. • Extensive experience in developing and implementing performance optimization strategies to drive business growth and efficiency. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify areas for improvement. • Expertise in utilizing performance metrics and KPIs to measure success and drive decision-making. • 15 years excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards common goals. • Deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer insights related to performance optimization. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
