Director – Southern Europe & MEA Account Management

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Managing customer engagements across various communication accounts within the region (e.g. Vodafone Portugal, Spain & Italy, Altice). The key responsibilities include delivering monthly and quarterly business results, actively positioning our services and solutions to drive revenue and margin growth within these accounts. Success in this role requires strong leadership skills and a focus on expanding the business by fostering strong relationships and identifying new opportunities to enhance our market presence via Cyient offerings upselling and displacement of competition. Prepare transition to key account management of new logos targeted to be acquired in the next 12 months in the region (e.g. Windtre, TIM, &And, Du, stc, Vodafone Qatar, Helios towers). Lead the development and execution of account(s) vision and strategy Develop account executive relationships to drive a win-win strategy Leading sales activities for the SEMEA team, including upsell and cross-sell pipeline, contractual renewal negotiations, order and contract management, WIP and AR Deliver monthly and quarterly order and revenue forecast for all accounts Implement business development initiatives to position solutions and services to support account(s) growth objectives. Manage account sales pipeline in Sales Forces to generate revenue to achieve full year goals. Work with the Technology team to develop and evolve Cyient’s portfolio

Requirements:

It is primordial requirement to speak multiple languages within region (e.g. Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Arabic) Deep knowledge of the Telecommunications industry (15+ years), trends, key players, who is who in the value chain, wide and relevant network to support rapid business realisation Proven network across relevant C-Suite in the region Extensive Commercial in Telecommunications, having had Revenue lead responsibilities in tier 1 Telco Operators Working knowledge of contract terms and conditions, pricing and outsourcing models to cover sizeable outsourcing deals Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills ideally in various European and/or Asian languages Ability to drive and manage growth and change in a large fast-paced organization Confidence, credibility and influencing skills Stakeholder management experience, at all levels University Degree, preferable on Engineering or Business Management

Measures of Success:

Revenue

Manage a c. $6m Revenue regio to double within the first full year of operation

Manage Region margins to exceed Celfinet’s FY24 baseline by end of FY26

Pipeline – develop and maintain up & cross sell pipline of at least 3X coverage to Revenue target Work with Acquisition, Sales operations, Marketing teams to position Cyient as a prime Communications Engineering Managed Services in the region Identify, attract and retain best Sales talent in the region in support of Cyient’s growth aspirations
