Sodexo Energy & Resource is seeking a Director 2 - Facilities Operations to work with an Oil & Gas client in Houston, TX. The Director 2 - Facilities Operations will be responsible for managing multiple site services including, but not limited to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire life safety, and financial performance. From headquarters to offshore rigs, our integrated facilities management, dining and 24/7 hospitality offerings are designed to meet your offshore and onshore service needs. 

What You'll Do manage multiple functions of building operations and maintenance for the facility, with knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, structural, architectural, energy management/sustainability, electrical, environmental & safety, and financialsdevelop and maintain positive client relationships and conduct client meetings on unresolved facility issues as well as communicate resultsmanage and coach staff along with service providers to deliver excellent service levels within budgetresearch and implement new processes and technologyunderstand the management of capital projects What We Offer

What You Bring 5+ years of industry experience in a facilities settingdirect experience with upskilling technicians for self performance that had been subcontracted out previously a proven track record of successful Facilities Management leadership experience as demonstrated by articulated results and accomplishmentsa strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVACstrong leadership skills with a focus on staff development and team buildingstrong financial acumen and budget management experience Who We Are
