Sodexo Energy & Resource is seeking a Director 2 - Facilities Operations to work with an Oil & Gas client in Houston, TX. The Director 2 - Facilities Operations will be responsible for managing multiple site services including, but not limited to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire life safety, and financial performance. What You'll Do manage multiple functions of building operations and maintenance for the facility, with knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, structural, architectural, energy management/sustainability, electrical, environmental & safety, and financialsdevelop and maintain positive client relationships and conduct client meetings on unresolved facility issues as well as communicate resultsmanage and coach staff along with service providers to deliver excellent service levels within budgetresearch and implement new processes and technologyunderstand the management of capital projects What We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
