Compensation: $62,000 - $68,000 What We Expect: * Lead by example, championing Griswold's mission to staff, caregivers, clients, and the community. * Mentor and develop office staff, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. * Identify and nurture leads through various channels, including digital platforms and face-to-face interactions. * Educate clients and families, and local community groups on our services, ensuring a clear understanding of how we enhance their quality of life. * Ensure smooth transitions for new clients, engaging with local communities to promote services and build partnerships. * Autonomously manage tasks, balancing office responsibilities with community engagement. * Maintain compliance with regulations and company procedures, collaborating with the team for efficient client intake. * Organize and participate in community events to promote services and foster connections. * Represent the office in corporate planning and strategy meetings, facilitating consistent communication between staff and corporate.
