Overview

The primary purpose of this role is to be the main day-to-day contact for the client, working with the team both internally and externally to ensure the timely delivery of projects. Alongside this, you will lead by example, developing a high performing team.

Responsibilities

Strategic oversight of client service operations across the organisationIntegration of client services with agency-wide strategic objectivesLeadership in operational strategy, innovation, and client relationship practicesAble to inspire, motivate and transfer passion for client partnerships amongst teamsAble to balance the asks of the client with what is right and the needs of the agencyHas open, honest and frequent dialogue with senior clients ensuring client and agency needs is continually being metAn ambassador for the agency, spearheading client excellence strategy, inspiring and supporting teamsCollaborating with clients to create mutually beneficial partnerships that extend beyond short-term transactions Accountable for the profitability of the accounts Contributes and influences agency strategyProactively looks for business growth and opportunitiesChampions innovation and the development of new approaches 

Requirements

Degree EducatedAgency experienceThe ability to coordinate multi-regional client teams – globally and locallyStrong written communications skills - both German and EnglishProficient skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Microsoft ExcelAn understanding of the digital landscape and how to run digital projectsStrong Financial acumenThe ability to develop and effectively communicate project timelines.Attention to detail and good proofreading skillsProactivity – the ability to anticipate client requirementsSolution focused – suggestion of ideas and recommendations where appropriateAbility to manage and mentor a team effectively
