Job Summary:
Directs the development and implementation of policies, procedures related to Administrative Services. Responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership.Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include assuring the delivery of care to patients and adherence to service standards.Develops departmental goals, plans and standards consistent with the requirements and objectives of the organization.Plans, organizes and directs all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.Prepares budgets and ensures compliance with allocated funding.Directs and evaluates all administrative services activities, including service level determination and complaint management to achieve performance and quality control objectives.Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
Performs other duties as assigned.
