Join JLL's Science & Innovation Agency team, providing unparalleled advice to investors, developers, and occupiers across the UK Life Sciences sector.
As a Director, you will have the opportunity to lead in a rapidly growing market, driving innovative solutions and advanced strategies.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Lead advisory initiatives for major clients in high-profile acquisition, disposal, leasing, and development for cutting-edge life sciences schemes within the UKOversee the management and execution of these initiatives, acting as an influential leader within a close-knit teamDrive business generation by identifying new leasing, site acquisition, and disposal opportunities through strategic client relationship buildingScout and secure sites for development on behalf of developer and investor clients, focusing on life sciences facilitiesCollaborate closely with the Life Sciences Capital Markets team and other relevant teams to enhance revenue through strategic cross-sellingBased in London, the role covers the UK markets and offers rapid career progression within a dynamic, market-leading teamDesired or Preferred Experience and Technical Skills:
Extensive knowledge of the Life Sciences sector, including the acquisition and disposal process, client strategy, and development negotiationExceptional communication skills, capable of influencing clients and colleagues at all levelsProficient in written, presentation, and oral communication with a keen eye for detail and accuracyA collaborative team player with strong multitasking and prioritisation abilitiesSelf-motivated and entrepreneurial, with a strong focus on delivering top-quality client serviceAbility to provide insights on market trends and adapt both approach and strategy to client needsPreferably 5+ years of post-qualification experience in a life sciences or related agency/development teamLocation:
