A Director of Billing Services provides leadership and oversight for the Billing Applications group. Oversees team processes related to reviewing, analyzing and modifying Billing / Workflow Management (WFM) system configurations, including testing, debugging and supporting application systems. Provides system / application troubleshooting and issue resolution. Supports and/or leads system development and upgrade projects. Ensures system users receive up to date information and support.
What you will do to contribute to the company's success
Responsible for the technical, administrative and operational direction of Billing Applications development, deployment and operations.Drives the planning, design, implementation, organization and operation of Billing / WFM applications and systems across the company.Oversees and directs implementation and support of complex solutions from kick-off to deployment.Manages the execution of multiple initiatives and ensures appropriate staffing and resource allocation. • Develops ideas and clearly articulates / presents them to senior management.Provides procedural and technical direction and leadership to the Billing Applications group and other technology teams.Oversees incident resolution and follow-up items completions.Guides resources that are responsible for scheduling and tracing key tasks across all project phases, including requirements gathering, design, implementation and ongoing support.Qualifications
