Lead highly visible and highly strategic bodies of work that harmonizes brand and customer strategies to ladder up overall Lowe's Brand imperatives. Responsible for the team that identifies and codify key inputs for brand and customer strategy in partnership with key cross-functional stakeholders and agencies. Lead team responsible for establishing quarterly strategy sessions and unearthing core growth audience segments that can be activated against. Responsible for coordination across the enterprise to enable marketing technology capabilities and processes that will help deliver total company metrics and increase marketing efficiency. Will work closely across marketing brand and channel teams to identify capability requirements. Will partner across the enterprise as well as external technology and agency partners to ensure delivery of solutions that balance speed to market, scalability, and cost effectiveness. This leader will possess analytical problem-solving abilities and will demonstrate the ability to be a self-starter who can effectively manage and deliver both large and small projects. They will be a critical-thinker and strategically ensure attention is being given to the most pressing opportunities. They will also possess strong leadership and collaboration skills, working cross functionally across key stakeholders to drive alignment and deliver results.
