Director Brand Marketing Europe
Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Brand Marketing to lead our brand marketing efforts across Europe, with a particular focus on the UK, Germany, and France. This role will report directly to the VP Marketing Heydude International. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a regional brand marketing strategy, optimizing ways of working, improving regional communications priorities, demonstrating brand partnerships for consumer acquisition, raising brand awareness, and leading agencies and stakeholders. This role also includes overseeing marketing operations, including seasonal planning.

What You'll Do Develop Regional Brand Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive brand marketing strategy tailored to the unique needs of the UK, Germany, and France markets. Take Ownership of the seasonal marketing Calendar and ensure consistency in plans by fostering collaboration with the x-functional team . Lead QBR (Quarterly Business Review) sessions with regional teams and agencies. Optimize Ways of Working: Streamline processes and improve efficiencies within the brand marketing team to enhance productivity and effectiveness. Optimize ways of working and processes with rest of Marketing team, other departments & Global team . Enable test & learn mindset and Identify and share key takeaways from insights/data . Improve Regional Communications Priorities: Identify and prioritize key communication initiatives to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across the region. Ensure positive & credible brand building with relevant media. Share directions and leverage local PR agencies capabilities. Leverage Brand Partnerships: Apply strategic brand partnerships to drive consumer acquisition and engagement. Global Product Collaborations/Licenses: share vision with regional Brand Partnership Manager to improve regional executions of Global Product collaborations and Licenses programs. Regional Product Collaborations: develop regional collaboration roadmap based on business needs. Identify the best partners, lead compensation negotiations and support other functions (e.g. Merchandising). Raise Brand Awareness: Develop and implement campaigns to increase brand visibility and recognition in target markets. Agency and Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships with external agencies and internal partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives. Marketing Operations: Oversee marketing operations, including seasonal planning, budgeting, and performance tracking. Influencer Marketing: Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement. Elevate regional Digital Brand Marketing plans : Lead the paid media Agency in creating awareness and Consideration goals, sets clear objectives and KPIs. Social organic: adapt Global content and tone of voice directions into a locally relevant organic framework, identifies social trends to tap into, Paid influencer: develop a layered approach using macro and micro influencers to reach key consumer targets. What You'll Bring to the Table Minimum of 10 years of experience in brand marketing, with a focus on the UK, Germany, and France markets and with international brands in the fields of Fashion, Luxury or Entertainment. Footwear experience is a strong plus. Consistent track record of developing and implementing successful brand marketing strategies. Expertise in Brand Marketing covering PR, Communications, Digital Marketing, Partnerships Marketing, Influencer and Channel Activation Marketing. Strong interest and exposure to Pop culture, Youth Culture and social media Strategic problem solver, can clearly see the big picture Empathic people leader Able to quickly find opportunities Hands on mentality Agile & proactive Strong communication abilities, written and verbal Leader that can communicate clear vision and capable of influencing across departments Highly organized and meticulous, with a strong ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Solutions oriented, natural problem solver Comfortable in a multicultural environment Availability to Market visit key countries
