Job DescriptionJob Summary:
Account strategy and leadership role responsible for organic growth strategy, planning and development of a book of business with $10M+ in revenue including top accounts in retail, financial, CPG, travel, manufacturing and B2B. Responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the company by partnering with RRD Sales to identify new business opportunities with existing customers, leveraging strategic partnerships, and leading initiatives that enhance the company’s market presence. AGENCY & ACCOUNT GROWTH:
Responsible for developing the account vision and annual Client Growth PlansLeads and develops organic growth initiatives including Strategic Growth Plan development and processResponsible for meeting established organic growth revenue targetsLeads quarterly check-ins and business reviewsProvides quarterly status updates to internal leadership teamInspires the team to develop new solutions and innovative ways of workingProactively looks for opportunities to sell new and additional capabilities to solve business challengesUses a high degree of judgment, discretion, and creativity to persuade customers/accounts to adopt a favorable view and decide to buyProvides leadership in determining how to deliver innovative solutionsLeads and consults on new business pitches when assignedIdentifies and analyzes market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Collaborates with senior management to define and prioritize business development initiatives.

The rate of pay for this role at the noted location is $95,400 - $194,500 annually. In addition to base pay, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include [a sign-on bonus of $2,000], overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
