Educate the patient, provider and health-related community based organization community about the services available through the Bronx RHIO, the value of those services, and Bronx RHIO's commitment to providing actionable data to users of its systems when, where and how those users want to receive those data. Expand the Participant community of organizations connected to the Bronx RHIO and expand usage of Bronx RHIO services by existing Participants; expand Research and Quality Improvement uses of Bronx RHIO data to further knowledge about the Health Information Exchange's health-related data usage to improve care and outcomes. Increase Bronx RHIO visibility in local and national communities and communicate to all relevant parties about Bronx RHIO's quality and value propositions.

 

Educatiion/Skills:

 

Master's Degree.  10+ years experience.

Marketing principles and practices for both Business to Business and Business to Consumer marketing
Health Care data and marketing
Tailoring concise and clear written materials to various target audiences
Website management
Social media content management
Website and social media impact and uptake measurement
Excellent Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint proficiency
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software proficiency
Clear and concise verbal presentation of Bronx RHIO content
