The Position

Head of Business Excellence will be a part of Pakistan’s Leadership team & will lead the development and implementation of the Roche Diagnostics Pakistan commercial operations on the local market, defining business strategy to achieve results both short and medium terms, in alignment with Roche global goals and strategies. This position leads the Pakistan Team.
 
Your Opportunities

Engage with a team following the Roche Leadership CommitmentsTranslate Roche Diagnostics and DC strategy into the local market.Develop local strategy accordingly and implement sales plans to achieve commercial success, increase market share, and meet sales and marketing targets and KPIs.Supervise market and competitive analysis to maintain best-in- class market knowledge, business intelligence and forecasting.Align the sales action plans and cascade them over the entire organization. Ensures effective execution of the activities as per define plans;Establish the business priorities, assuring business focus and the right resource allocation for salesAchieve commercial success of new products in the market, with sound planning and resource allocation. Liaise with Business Innovation and Market Access Teams to develop new businesses and differentiate sales portfolio.Implement the necessary activities and corrective actions, to meet the strategic KPIsMaintain best-in- class working relationships with institutions, association, KOLs, strategic customers, and other strategic stakeholders, with a permanent market presence;Ensure that the sales force has the product related knowledge and skills required to promote the productsDefine guidelines for prices and terms to ensure the best deals are secured, in compliance with pricing strategy and positioning;Control the sales budget and resource allocation.Support Sales team to implement strategic selling principles and consultancy selling approach with customers.Identify people skills, aptitudes and potential, ensuring timely development and use; Ensure correct evaluation, management and development of the team;

Who you are

Minimum Bachelor Degree / Master’s degree preferably in life sciences, laboratory, biochemical, business administration or equivalent.At least five years of experience as sales manager and/or marketing leader, with a proven success record;At least ten years of experience of commercial functions, with a proven success record;Direct experience with lab diagnostics and centralized diagnostics is preferred.Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.Dynamic, with personal initiative, business drive and ability to achieve goals with minimum directionExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Feedback and Coaching, change managementLeadership Skills - VACC (Visionary, Architect, Catalyst & Coach)What do we offer
