What You'll Do

You'll oversee the product strategy, roadmap, development, and execution plan for BCG's career site, to create an exceptional digital experience for candidates. Working at the intersection of technology and talent acquisition, you'll implement tagging strategies that respect user privacy while delivering valuable data insights, enhance AI chatbot, and optimize site for personalization. You'll be the primary owner of our career site ecosystem – the critical first touchpoint for potential talent – ensuring it showcases our employer brand and drives quality applications.

 

Here's what an ordinary day might look like: You'll collaborate with stakeholders across BCG to align on the vision for our career site and talent community, monitor site performance, implement technical improvements, analyze user journeys, and work with cross-functional teams to help develop content that resonates with candidates. You'll manage governance development, lead change management initiatives, conduct competitive benchmarking, and integrate with our new ATS and CRM. Throughout all activities, you'll maintain a focus on optimizing both candidate and recruiter experiences.

What You'll Bring

7 years of experience managing career sites or recruitment digital platformsExperience with product strategy, roadmap development, and execution planning for career digital platformsDemonstrated expertise with Adobe Launch (preferred) or similar tag management systemsProficiency in setting up tags and pixels that respect user consent requirementsExperience with testing and debugging tools to verify tag behavior and ensure complianceWorking knowledge of consent management platforms like TrustArcBasic understanding of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on user consentExperience with applicant tracking systems, CRM, and content management systemsStrong project management and change management skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiativesExperience with governance development, competitive benchmarking, and localization strategiesBackground in talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, or employer branding

Who You'll Work With

You'll be part of BCG's global Talent Acquisition (TA) organization, collaborating with a fantastic team of specialists from across the business. You'll partner directly with UX designers, SEO specialists, content creators, and technology experts who will support your growth and development in this role. Additionally, you'll work with a wide range of BCG stakeholders to align on the vision for our career site, including Global, Regional, System/office, and Business Unit TA leaders, HR professionals, and Business Leadership. You'll be joining a supportive environment where innovation is encouraged, and your technical expertise will contribute significantly to our employer brand presence.
