The client onboarding team is responsible for onboarding new business awarded to CBRE IA&R, developing and maintaining onboarding processes, controls & governance documentation. This role is highly visible within CBRE IA&R and client facing, offering a dynamic, cross-functional experience. **Key responsibilities** + Communicate risks, opportunities and issues to Onboarding Team leadership so these can be timely addressed and managed. + Build relationships with stakeholders across different regions and functions to enable successful project completion. + Support the Client Servicing Teams and other functional teams (e.g. legal, compliance, finance) in the execution of Onboarding activities. + For assigned projects, manage meetings cadence, develop onboarding plans and align with relevant stakeholders on projects scope, timelines and milestones. + Manage RAIDs, presentations and other project governance materials. + Lead complex onboarding projects. + Lead Client communication, providing project updates while highlighting risks and issues. + Build trust with client during critical relationship phase. + Represent the IA&R Onboarding team on presentations to prospective clients, as necessary. + Maintain oversight over all onboarding projects in flight. + Chair regular Onboarding steering committee meetings to provide onboarding updates to IA&R senior team in EMEA and APAC + Manage the Onboarding team, provide the leadership and direction to the team members, manage the workload/projects allocation across the team and provide support and guidance as required. + Monitor the implementation of templates per onboarding binder and contribute to further onboarding process enhancements. + Support OnSpring system rollout and reporting capabilities design. + Documentation of Client Delivery Framework in close coordination with functional leads and in line with IA&R Target Operating Model. **Job requirements** + Fluent in English. Internally, you work closely with Business Development to understand and implement the agreed scope of services contracted with Clients. You also interact with the multiple Client Servicing, Technology and Corporate Teams in the implementation of the onboarding plan. Furthermore, the team supports strategic / non-onboarding projects as deemed necessary.
