The Role

Position Summary:

As the Director of Client Service and Transformation within Global Mobility, you will partner directly with clients to deliver innovative solutions that streamline their mobility programs, enhance operational efficiency, and drive business success. By leveraging advanced process automation and cutting-edge technology, you will help clients navigate the complexities of global mobility while optimizing workflows to achieve their strategic objectives. Your role as a trusted advisor will focus on creating customized solutions that elevate the client experience and ensure seamless program delivery. In this leadership role, you will collaborate closely with clients to design and implement mobility automation strategies that align with their unique business goals. You will also drive transformational projects internally, ensuring that Andersen remains at the forefront of global mobility innovation and operational excellence. You will also work alongside the Growth and Analytics team to deliver exceptional outcomes and build enduring client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strategic client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their global mobility needs and delivering tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client programs and expand engagement.Support business development activities, including client workshops and proposal development. Design collaborative frameworks for client partnerships, enhancing Andersen’s market position and creating strong, lasting client relationships. Lead strategic discussions with prospective clients to identify challenges and propose innovative solutions, positioning Andersen as a trusted partner. Drive the end-to-end client acquisition process, from initial outreach to onboarding and delivery of services.Lead the design and implementation of streamlined, customer-centric solutions within Global Mobility. Build scalable and efficient tools that meet both client needs and business requirements, enhancing the overall customer journey. Partner with clients, where appropriate, to delivers solutions to achieve their goals. Act as a key advisor to senior stakeholders on emerging trends in transformation, automation, and global mobility. Stay ahead of industry trends in process automation and mobility technology. Continue cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, continuing to drive Andersen’s reputation as a leader in innovative, responsive solutions beyond Global Mobility. Oversee and mentor a team dedicated to transformation initiatives, fostering skill development in automation, product management, and organizational change. Promote a collaborative, growth-oriented environment that encourages professional excellence. Conduct workshops and training on transformation methodologies, change management, and effective process reengineering. Equip teams across the organization to support a dynamic, technology-enabled workplace.  The Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, International Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in transformation, process automation, and/or product management, with a successful track record in managing large-scale change initiatives. Experience with key self-service automation technologies such as Alteryx, Automation Anywhere / UiPath, Tableau / PowerBi, PowerApps.  Certification in these areas would be preferable. Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams within complex environments, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and fostering a high-performance culture. Strong strategic, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to drive a culture of innovation and excellence focused on customer needs on a global basis. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and with external partners, building effective relationships to drive transformational success.
