Job Summary:

Leads a cross-capability teams to deliver and sell solid thinking and powerful ideas that meet client objectives.


Responsibilities:

Leads cross-capability teams to deliver and sells solid thinking and powerful ideas that meet client objectives.Serves as the trusted voice of the consumer by assimilating customer and marketplace insights into the development of CPGA, performance and media campaigns.Plays a primary role in orchestrating materials development for new-opportunity pitches (both on current and potential clients).Develops team members by coaching, training and identifying areas for growth.Partners with Senior Leadership to set goals and plan for future fiscal years.
 Performs other duties as assigned.


Skills Requirements:

8-10 years of work-related experience, coaching and developing people in an environment focused on service quality and operations.Prior experience managing client service teamsAbility to organize, manage and prioritize work of the client service teamExcellent communicatorProficiency in Microsoft Office solutions.


Education Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required. Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management or related field preferred. Master's Degree preferred.


Physical Requirements:

Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak, type and/or sit for extended periods of time.
