Director Clinical Quality Improvement
Job Summary The Director of Quality, Safety, and Regulatory will direct and facilitate the quality improvement activities of the organization and Infection Prevention in coordination with Administration, the Medical Staff, Department Directors, Disease Management Program Coordinators and Data Quality Review. The Director directs and provides oversight to ensure consistent, comprehensive approach to the data collection process, data analysis and reporting. The Director sets the department goals based on the hospital's strategic goals. Additionally, he/she/they provide education on Continuous Quality Improvement methodology. The Director also assures compliance with regulatory agencies including but not limited to the Joint Commission, CMS and PA Department of Health. He, she/ they ensures mandatory data reporting requirements and coordinates internal and external quality improvement activities and outcomes.
