Functions include but are not limited to:
Direct and oversee program operations, including budget management, developing marketing plans, and independent decision-making for programs requiring clinical expertise. Provide clinical consultation, oversight of case planning, care coordination, and supervision to the staff. Develop, plan, and implement program goals, objectives, personnel, resources, and equipment. Ensure that services are focused on the patients presenting problem and request for service. Provide health education to patients, staff, and practitioners within the area of specialty. Develops, implements, and promotes specified health education to the general campus community as appropriate. Ensures that procedures and workflow are consistent with organizational objectives, treatment protocols, regulations, and standards of care.Educational/Licensure/Skills Requirement:
Master's degree in behavioral or mental health or a closely related field. Four or more years of experience working with the adult patient population is required. Two or more years of supervisory experience required. Current and valid license to practice as a Social Worker or Counselor. Current and valid CPR certification is required. Current and valid CPI certification required.
